Video Assignment #2 Newton
In hindsight, I realize that my video would have been much better with some tight shots of her hands and face, which would have allowed for easier transitions.

Pre-Video Assignment Newton
Dancing King-Greg David from Brittany Waters on Vimeo.
This is the video that I selected as a bad video project. She violated the rule of thirds during her interviews with the dancer, there was very little variety in her camera shots, and she also had an audio issue in the second half of the video, where the audio sounded fuzzy.
Scratching an Itch from Eric Garment on Vimeo.
I chose this video as my better video. I felt that Garment used a nice variety of camera shots that were also relevant to the story. They were not awkward, and it did not feel like they were simply there for variety. He also told a good story with this video, something many of the other students did not do.

Photo Assignment #3 Newton
I took photos at the STEM Career Fair on 9/21/2016. This first picture is an overall from a lower angle at Xfinity Center.
My second photo is another overall of Xfinity Center during the career fair, but from a higher angle at the top of the seating section in the corner.
Here is my first medium, of a student talking to a Anheuser-Busch recruiter.
My second medium is of an Amazon recruiter talking to several students.
My detail photo is of several Exxon Mobil pamphlets on a table ready for prospective students.
My final photo and second detail is of some green pens, ready to be taken by prospective students.

Newton, Photo Assignment #2
The person I chose to photograph is my girlfriend Jee Ny Choi. She is currently studying civil engineering here at the University of Maryland and she is a freshman. In this photo she is playing her DS on the hill behind McKeldin Library.
Here Jee Ny is working diligently in a dorm in Anne Arundel Hall.
