Photo Assignment #4, Phillips

These capsules of paint were used by UMD students to paint themselves up during the Homecoming Fun Run September 27.

One student paints up her arms using the capsule, as the sun sets. The fun run had a glow in the dark theme.

The runners take off a few minutes before the sunset, running the track through the UMD golf course.

Memorial Chapel, the site where Terps for Hunger met to package meals September 20.

A side view of the chapel.

UMD students each have a job in the packaging of meals. These students each scoop a cup of the ingredients in front of them into a funnel.

Underneath the funnel is a bag, which is filled quickly before being moved along the assembly line.

The bag is then sealed with this machine at the end of the line before it is placed in a box, ready to be shipped.

These ingredients are specifically chosen as non processed foods for the hungry.
