As the line backs up during peak lunch rush at South Campus Diner, Makris offers high fives.
Makris sparks conversations with daily questions, such as "Travel alone or with others?" (He likes traveling alone.)
Makris is often outside the South Campus Diner from noon to 1 p.m., his break from classes.
