During his work shifts as the Finance intern for the MICA (Multicultural Involvement and Community Advocacy) office, Gabe Fernandez sips on his Chik-fil-A half-and-half which he usually gets every day.
The senior is a photographer and goes everywhere with his camera. He is a photographer for The Writer's Bloc, which he joined last year.
Here, he is taking the photo of Dennys Amaya, who is part of the Coalition of Latinx Student Organizations. Fernandez is also a part of it as well, holding the position of Treasurer.
Gabe is Peruvian and proud. Before the start of Latinx Heritage Month, he took photos of other Latinxs with their flags.
