Photo Assignment #4, Fox

Army ROTC cadets wait to begin training at 5:45 a.m. Cadets participating in certain events in ROTC sometimes have to get up at 4:45 a.m. every weekday and some weekends.
A cadet stands outside of the armory, where Army ROTC is based at UMD, before a morning physical training session.
A cadet drinks water after a morning physical training session, something every cadet is told constantly: "Drink water!"

During Army ROTC lab, a class every cadet has to take that teaches essential military tactics and knowledge, a roomful of cadets listen to instructions on how to carry a litter, pictured above, which is used to transport casualties.
